Inbreathe is a venture studio. Together with founders, partners and investors, we build brands, products and businesses. We are looking for someone who can turn good ideas into work delivered on time, on budget and to a standard we can stand behind.

What you will do

Plan project scope, schedules and budgets.
Coordinate designers, developers and external partners.
Lead client communication from kick-off to final approval.
Track progress, quality and risks. Act before problems escalate.
See projects through to completion and close them out properly.

Who we are looking for

You have experience managing digital, branding, product or similar projects.
You can keep both schedules and budgets on track.
You communicate clearly, concisely and directly, including with clients.
You are comfortable with work management tools such as Notion, Asana, Jira or ClickUp.
You take responsibility for the outcome, not just a list of tasks.
Experience at an agency, software company or startup is a plus.
